1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iHospital365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
2. Clinical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Healthcare Decision Support: iHospital365 is a tool designed to assist healthcare professionals. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions must be verified by a qualified medical professional.
No Liability: iHospital365 shall not be liable for any medical malpractice, clinical errors, or patient health outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the platform. The platform is a data management tool and does not provide medical services.
3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
Healthcare facilities and their staff are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all clinical and administrative data entered into the system. Unauthorized access or attempts to breach system integrity are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iHospital365 from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of patient privacy rights.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, and proprietary workflows within iHospital365 are the exclusive property of iHospital365 and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
